Day 7 The RabbitTree

I thought I should take a picture of the rabbit tree. When the Christmas lights were on the tree, it really pulled the twin tips in so that it looked like a regular tree. I don't know what happend to cause this effect on the tree. It was a normal tree with one tip until a couple of years ago. I don't think the deer bothered it much until this fall, but perhaps they gnawed on the tip a few years ago which caused it to split. At least the tops are still green and pretty! I can't say that about the lower branches. The deer were pretty destructive to the lower portion of this tree this past fall.
