Today I spent 15 minutes riding Fred's bike. I put 4.3 miles on it. That's nothing compared to what Fred does. He rides 100 miles per week. But I think it's pretty good for me - especially considering I haven't done any sort of exercise for years!

Yes, but this is a stationary bike! It's inside where it's warm!
